The “Trails into Reverie” was created by Nihon Falcom in 2020 and it is is the tenth installment of Falcom’s long-running Trails Series. It takes place 5 months after the end of the Erebonia arc. The Japanese role-playing video game is a component of the bigger Trails series, which is a subset of The Legend of Heroes. In August 2020, it was made available in Japan for the PlayStation 4, then in August 2021, ports for the Nintendo Switch and Windows were made available. The English version will also be made available on PlayStation 5 in July 2023.
After the events of “Trails of Cold Steel IV” and the Great Twilight, the game takes place. Rean Schwarzer, the protagonist, Lloyd Bannings, the liberator, and “C,” the villain, are the three main characters who are active throughout Zemuria. Through the Trails to Walk mechanism, the game switches between the perspectives of these three groups.
